Go to Start > Run . Type gpedit.msc and then press Enter. In the Group Policy window, go to the path, User Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Ctrl + Alt + Del Option . Double click on the Remove Task Manager which is in the right hand of the Group Policy window. In the Remove Task Manager Properties, select Disabled and then click Ok.
